Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Vacier boxes and secure them in a mailing envelope, ensuring the jewelry is protected from scratches during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
